Law Minister rules out his resignation

Federal Law Minister Farogh Naseem on Monday ruled out his resignation from the ministry.
Talking to the media outside the Supreme Court, Farogh Naseem said that he has no reservations regarding the appointment of Khalid Jawed Khan as the Attorney General for Pakistan. “Khalid Jawed is like a brother to me,” said Farogh Naseem, adding that he had good relations with Khalid Jawed’s father.
“Neither do I have any objection to Jawed’s appointment as AGP, nor am I going to resign.”
About his statement regarding Anwar Mansoor Khan, Farogh said he is sorry about his recent statement, adding that “I take back my words.”
