Two farmers, cop martyred in DI Khan terrorist attack

An attack by terrorists on a police checkpost was foiled after a benefiting response by the police team in Dera Ismail Khan early Tuesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

A jawan of Quick Response Force and two farmers working in their fields near the checkpost were martyred during the gunbattle between police and terrorists.

Terrorists attacked Abba Shaheed Checkpost late night which was foiled by the befitting response of Quick Response Force.

District Police Officer DI Khan Abdul Rauf Qaisrani visited the checkpost and praised the quick response of the police force.

The DPO also gave cash and honorary shields to the police jawans for protecting the lives of citizens. The DPO also condoled the death of cop and farmers.
