Three proclaimed offenders killed in Swabi police encounter

The three proclaimed offenders were gunned down during a police encounter in Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.

The encounter took place in the Gudduabad area of Swabi.

District Police Officer (DPO) Waqas Rafiq said. After receiving credible information, a police team raided a location to apprehend the proclaimed offender.

After taking notice of the police team, the dacoits started firing. During heavy exchange of fire, all three dacoits were killed.

The DPO Swabi said that all these proclaimed offenders were involved in more than twenty serious criminal cases, including attempted murder and killing.

Later, the police team shifted the dead bodies of these dacoits to the hospital but autopsy.
