‘Islamic State is our vision’, Imran inaugurates Digital Media Development Program

Prime Minister Imran Khan Friday inaugurated the Digital Media Development Program and said his government’s vision is to constitute an ‘Islamic State’.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, addressing the gathering, PM Imran said his government had the biggest problem with fake news nowadays.
The PM suggested to the journalists that they should be critics but on the grounds of truth and his government wanted true writings because society appreciates it.
PM Imran said no one could survive long with false news in journalism. He also said that it was a fact that in the history of Pakistan, never the media remained independent.
He said that they were struggling to bring the powerful under the law for the last three years and all the hue and cry against his government was going on to take legal actions against the influential.
Imran said that the thieves of the society who are also powerful persons of the country wanted NRO which means to pardon them for their wrongdoings.
The PM emphasizing the rule of law as the most important said that previous governments were always bent before the powerful but his government has started bringing them under the law.
