All the arrangements regarding airlifting of renowned ailing comedian Umar Sharif through an air ambulance have been finalized and the air ambulance which reaches Karachi on September 26 will take off the very next day (Monday, September 27), reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.

According to sources, Umar Sharif will fly to the US on the morning of Sept 27.

The air ambulance is coming from Germany and will land at Karachi Airport at 11pm on Sept 26. After staying there for six hours, it will depart for America. 

The Sindh government has paid all the expenses of the air ambulance. Doctors would also accompany the ailing Umar Sharif.

The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has also granted permission to land at the Karachi Airport.
