Breaking from the political tradition of associating every brick with the ruler’s trademark, Prime Minister Imran Khan on Tuesday expressed anger as he found out the administration pasted his posters in the Utility Stores branches.
“The purpose is not the personal advertisement but the welfare of the people,” said the annoyed prime minister while ordering the immediate removal of the posters.
On this the administration asked for a day’s time to fulfil the PM’s order, but Imran Khan ordered to remove the posters overnight. As the order was followed, the administration was strictly directed not to use Imran Khan’s posters again for political purpose.
