Australian envoy falls in love with pakoras, samosas

Australia's High Commissioner to Pakistan Dr Geoffrey Shaw has once again tasted local cuisine and once again he is not disappointed. This time he took some time to enjoy the monsoon rain over some pakoras, samosas with chutney. Dr Geoffrey said “It’s a treat for your taste buds and senses”.
Dr Geoffrey Shaw on his official twitter account of Australia's High Commissioner to Pakistan @AusHCPak said “Took some time out today to enjoy the #monsoon #rain over some Pakoras, Samosas and Chutney.”
He said, “The sound and smell of the monsoon's rain with the taste of these delicious snacks – it’s a treat for your taste buds and senses. The beauty and culture of Pakistan are incredible.”

Earlier, Dr Geoffrey Shaw shared a playlist of Coke Studio Pakistan songs which were on his current Spotify favourites’ playlist. “Pakistan’s folk music is enchanting, with its soulful lyrics and rich musical tapestry. It speaks for the unique and diverse culture of my present home. Pakistani music at its finest,” he said.
