Kacha Operation: Sindh police withdraw security from PPP, PTI leaders
Sindh Police has withdrawn security from 10 leaders of the Pakistan People's Party (PPP) and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) for the operation against the 'Daco Raj' in the area of Kucha.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, a total of 38 policemen were withdrawn from former members of the provincial and national assemblies, Senate and senior leaders.
The channel report said the policemen will be deployed for the ongoing operation against dacoits in the Kacha area.
The report said 12 policemen were withdrawn from Sardar Mohammad Bakhsh Mehr and six from Jam Ikramullah Dharijo while three policemen were taken back from PTI's former MPA Shehryar Khan Sharr.
The report said one policeman from Ramesh Lal, two from PTI leader Babar Lund, three from Khalid Lund, and two from Jam Mehtab Hussain Dhar were withdrawn by the Sindh police.
As well as one policeman from Imtiaz Hussain Sheikh and eight policemen from Mumtaz Chang were withdrawn.
