All eyes are on Apple in the lead-up to its September release, where it is anticipated to introduce 4 new variations of its premium iPhone.
Apple has announced that its future iPhone launch will take place on September 7, when the world is most certain to see the unveiling of the iPhone 14.
The Steve Jobs Theatre at the company's headquarters in Cupertino, California will host the live event, and media are invited to participate. Additionally, the launch will be webcasted online.
Apple is anticipated to introduce 4 new variants of its flagship iPhone at the Far Out ceremony to kick off the hectic fall season. As per the reports, the new phones will go on sale as early as September 16.
The regular iPhone 14 variant will mirror the iPhone 13 that was introduced last September, according to the rumors and predictions by the users. However, Apple will discontinue the 5.4-inch small model and introduce a new, 6.7-inch iPhone that is not a Pro.
Apple is allegedly preparing to substitute the front camera notch on its high-end Pro models with a 'pill-shaped' hole for Face ID sensors and a 'hole-punch-sized' area for the camera, presumably to offer consumers more screen space.
IPhone 14 Pro’s rear camera will also gain an improvement with bigger and more potent cameras. Additionally, the Pro model is anticipated to have a speedier processor than standard versions, which will retain the A15 chip from the iPhone 13. Video recording and battery life will also be improved.
According to rumors, Apple is also releasing the updated Series 8 Apple Watch, which has extra functions including monitoring women's health and measuring body temperature. A new Pro model is planned to have a bigger screen and a more durable design, while the ordinary model will appear the same as the Series 7 model.
Apple also intends to release iOS 16, its most recent operating system, in September. The iPhone lock screen is likely to have the "largest upgrade ever" with iOS 16, which was first mentioned at a June event.
This week, Apple made the iPadOS 16.1 beta 1 and iOS 16.0 beta 7 available to developers. In response to EU anti-competition issues concerning Apple Pay, the internal code of iPadOS 16.1 reveals that customers will be able to remove the Wallet app.
