Imran Khan convenes PTI’s core committee meeting

The former prime minister and PTI Chairman Imran Khan on Tuesday convened the party’s core committee meeting to discuss the situation arising out of the Supreme Court’s (SC) verdict in the Punjab Assembly (PA) deputy speaker’s ruling case, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

PTI to accept SC verdict: Gill

On the other hand, PTI leader Shehbaz Gill has said that the party will accept the apex court’s decision irrespective of the fact that it is in its favour or against it. 

PTI workers start gathering outside SC:

Expecting that the SC verdict would be in their favour, PTI workers have already started gathering outside the court’s building.

PML-Q, AML to join meeting

The sources said the leadership of the coalition partners of the PTI including Pakistan Muslim League Quaid (PML-Q) of Ch Parvez Elahi and Awami Muslim League (AML) of Sheikh Rasheed will also participate in the meeting.
