Ex-DIG handed down three-year prison term for occupying plot

Dr Sain Rakhio Mirani, a former DIG Karachi, who was sentenced to three years in prison by a court yesterday (Friday, March 25, 2022) for occupying a plot in Gulistan-e-Jauhar area of the city, was sent to jail on Saturday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Mirani, who was taken into custody immediately after court order, was also slapped Rs0.1 million in fine.
