Prime Minister Imran Khan on Thursday chaired a meeting regarding Karachi Transformation plan. 

Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa, Federal Ministers including Sheikh Rasheed, Asad Umar, Faisal Vawda, Finance Adviser Hafeez Sheikh also attended the meeting. 

The prime minister was briefed that planning had been completed for 100 projects under the KTP. The projects will complete at the cost of Rs1.117 trillion. The PM was briefed that these projects had been divided into three section for completion. The prime minister was informed about the pace of the projects.

The PM ordered the timely completion of the projects. He stressed the permanent solution to the problems facing the Karachiites. He said that illegal construction on the nullahs are main reason behind the havoc caused by the monsoon rainwater.
