The Sindh government has accepted the traders’ request for letting their shops open till 8pm, a spokesperson said.

Murtaza Wahab said SOPs must be followed at markets enforced Shopkeepers, as well as shoppers, make sure use of the mask.

A couple of days ago, the Sindh government said from 6am to 6pm business activities would be allowed. The government said that indoor event places like cinemas, gyms theatres and gyms would be closed and wedding events would be allowed at outdoor places only.

All business points will remain closed completely on Fridays and Sundays while shops selling essential items will be allowed to open.

Earlier in the months, wedding hall owners rejected the National Command and Operation Centre's (NCOC) decision of banning indoor weddings, saying that they could not shut down their venues as they had collected advance payments for bookings.
