Six flights were cancelled and nine others were delayed for hours due to lack of aircraft and other unspecified reasons at Lahore’s Allama Iqbal International Airport on Sunday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Malaysia Airline’s flight OD-131 coming to Lahore from Kuala Lumpur and flight OD-132 going to Kuala Lumpur from Lahore were cancelled.

AirBlue’s flight PA-401 going to Karachi from Lahore and flight PA-402 coming to Lahore from Karachi were cancelled.

Another AirBlue’s flight PA-405 going to Karachi from Lahore and flight PA-406 coming to Lahore from Karachi were cancelled.

AirBlue’s flight PA-430 due to leave Lahore for Abu Dhabi and flight PA-431 coming to Lahore from Abu Dhabi were delayed by 11 hours and 12 hours respectively.

Another AirBlue’s flight PA-410 going to Dubai from Lahore has been facing a delay of seven hours.

PIA flight PK-203 going to Dubai from Lahore was delayed by four hours.

PIA flight PK-322 going to Quetta from Lahore was delayed for two hours and flight PK-323 coming from Quetta to Lahore was also delayed by two and a half hours.

PIA flight PK-229 going to Muscat from Lahore left three hours and 15 minutes beyond its scheduled time.
