Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi said Tuesday that an agreement had been reached between the provincial government and Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) regarding the matches of Pakistan Super League (PSL), reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

He stated these remarks during the foundation stone laying ceremony of Akbar Chowk Underpass and Flyover in Lahore.

The Punjab chief minister said that the PCB would arrange lights during the matches.

“We are not running away from elections. Elections will be held when they are scheduled,” he added.

“We will try to do as much work as possible in a short span of time. The development projects will be continued,” he vowed.
