The Punjab Assembly (PA) Speaker Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi on Wednesday evening issued the production orders of MPA Nazir Ahmad Chohan, who is also the member of ‘estranged’ Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) leader Jahangir Khan Tareen (JKT) group, following his arrest by the FIA, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The Punjab Assembly secretariat has issued the notification in this regard. Nazir Chohan will now be able to attend the provincial assembly session tomorrow (Thursday July 28) by virtue of the production order.

He was arrested in connection with delivering a ‘hate speech’ against Shahzad Akbar, Special Assistant to Prime Minister (SAPM) Imran Khan.
