Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar called on Prime Minister Imran Khan in Lahore on Wednesday and discussed a raft of issues with the premier, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The Chief Minister briefed the Prime Minister about the prices and availability of essential commodities in Punjab. Imran Khan also discussed political matters with Usman Buzdar.

Prime Minister Imran Khan was on a day-long visit to Lahore.

The Chief Minister also briefed the premier on the smog and local bodies’ elections preparedness, the TV channel reported. Buzdar also apprised the Prime Minister about the performance of the Punjab cabinet.

The Prime Minister will chair meetings regarding progress in the Ravi Riverfront Urban Development project, local government system and issuance of health cards in Punjab. The Prime Minister will also attend the Doctors Convention as chief guest on the occasion.
