Man killed in Mandi Bahauddin 

A man lost his life when some unidentified assailants opened fire on him due to an old enmity in Mandi Bahauddin, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
The incident took place at College Chowk in Mandi Bahauddin. Soon after receiving the report, the police team rushed to the spot and shifted the dead body of Amir to the hospital for an autopsy.
Police also obtained CCTV footage of the incident and collected evidence from the crime scene. The police constituted different teams to apprehend the accused.
Earlier in July 2025, a man allegedly shot dead his parents and wife over a domestic dispute in the Asadullahpur village of Phalia Tehsil in Punjab’s Mandi Bahauddin district.
Mandi Bahauddin Police Sub-Inspector Zohaib Warraich confirmed the incident, stating: “A deeply tragic event took place in Asadullahpur village where a young man shot and killed his parents and wife.
“Evidence has been collected, and search teams have been formed. The suspect will be arrested soon.”
A first information report (FIR) was registered at the Bhagat police station under Section 302 (murder) of the Pakistan Penal Code.
