Cases under suo motu put off

Justice Qazi Faez Isa and Justice Aminuddin have decided to adjourn the cases under suo motu notice, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Wednesday.

Until the powers of the Chief Justice regarding the constitution of benches are amended, all cases should be postponed, the ruling states.

Justice Shahid Waheed disagreed with the majority decision

The decision was issued in a ratio of two to one.
