Federal Minister for Interior Affairs Rana Sanaullah Khan Wednesday demanded the Supreme Court (SC) form a full bench to remove the ambiguity.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the interior minister said the Parliament did its duty at the right time as it is responsible remove the loopholes in the law and the constitution.
Rana Sanaullah said the Parliament should play a role if Supreme Court judges face each other on the issues.
He said the judges said that the decision was made by 3-4 so the people objected to the injustices in the Suo Motu case.
The interior minister said the things that create doubts must be removed before making a decision in the Supreme Court.
Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah coined his views that the Election Commission of Pakistan has the authority to extend the date of elections.
Rana Sanaullah warned that no one will accept the way they are trying to conduct the election. He suggested that the elections of all assemblies (National Assembly and provincial assemblies) should be held simultaneously and the Supreme Court is expected to guide the nation regarding this.
