A Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) leader has claimed that the party supremo Nawaz Sharif will return to Pakistan in two months, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

During a PML-N protest rally against inflation in Sangla Hill on Friday, MNA Chaudhry Birjees Tahir claimed that Nawaz Sharif was coming back in two months. 

When a journalist put the same question to Capt ® Safdar Mehmood Awan regarding Nawaz’s return in a couple of months, he replied quite vaguely saying: ‘Who knows what’s gonna happen till December in the country. May be elections will be held by this time.”

On another question of meetings with former prime minister Nawaz Sharif in London, Capt ® Safdar said that Mian Sahib was leader of 220 million people, everybody wanted to meet him. 

PML-N leader Ch Birjees Tahir was leading a rally along with member of Punjab Assembly Ijaz Hussain Bhatti and Chairman Municipal Committee Ch Faqir Muhammad Badshah. The rally started from Dera Birjees and trudging through Clock Tower reached Milad Chowk. 

The rally participants made speeches against the flawed government policies. Birjees said that the government had made poor man’s life hell.
