Grand Democratic Alliance’s (GDA) legislator in Sindh Assembly Abdul Razzaque Rahimoon lambasted its party’s allied government in the federation saying that people of the Thar area were still deprived of PM’s announced funds, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.
Addressing in the Sindh Assembly Friday, Rahimoon strongly criticised Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and its leadership and said that Prime Minister Imran Khan had announced a fund of Rs one billion for the Thar area but did not release it till the day today.
He also criticised the role of Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi as he was once elected by the people of Thar but he also did not give any priority to the area to give Tharis some relief.
In the wake of the recent defeat of PTI and the win of PPP in National Assembly’s constituency NA-249, Rahimoon’s remarks were being considered as an alarm for the sitting government of Imran Khan.
