OGRA announces decrease in LPG prices for May 

Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has announced a decrease in the price of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), with the revised rates coming into effect from May 2025, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel. 

According to the notification, the price of LPG has been reduced by Rs3.20 per kg. As a result, the price of an 11.8 kg domestic cylinder has decreased by Rs37.80.

The new price for LPG in May 2025 is set at Rs. 245.16 per kg, down from Rs. 248.36 in April. The price for the 11.8 kg domestic cylinder is now Rs. 2892, compared to Rs. 2930 in April.

The new LPG prices will be effective from May 1, 2025.
