Kidnapper woman arrested red-handed in Phool Nagar

Police arrested a kidnapper woman red-handed from Phool Nagar while she was trying to kidnap a three-year-old girl, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Monday.
According to the details, a citizen informed the police that a two-member kidnapper gang kidnapped a 3-year-old girl, Dua Fatima, daughter of Mohammad Faisal, while she was playing in the street.
On suspicion, the citizens chased the women. After that, one kidnapper escaped from the scene while the police, with the help of residents of the area, arrested a woman who was later identified as Zubaida Bibi.
The police, after receiving a written complaint from the father of the kidnapped girl, registered a first information report (FIR) against the accused and started an investigation.
