Lollywood actress Meera is in Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah, 24NewsHD TV channel reports.

According to her, this is her first Umrah pilgrimage

She said she is up to seeking mercy from the Almighty.

She added she will pray for her family, friends, fans and followers.

The Kingdom’s Ministry of Haj and Umrah has reportedly urged the pilgrims to limit the number of times they perform Umrah to once during the holy month of Ramazan.

The ministry urged Muslims to perform Umrah once during the holy month to reduce crowding and ensure a smooth and easy journey for pilgrims at the sites.

Umrah is an Islamic pilgrimage that can be undertaken at any time of the year except during Haj.

Muslims from around the world can apply to perform the pilgrimage through the Nusuk app and organize their entire trip – from applying for an eVisa to booking accommodation and flights – on the platform.
