♦ Three-member bench formed after Justice Jamal recused himself;  Attorney General requests for a full court but CJ rejected the request, remarking there is a lot to keep in mind while making a judicial bench; the number of cases is increasing; Sometimes all the judges are not available; The judges of the Supreme Court are being targeted on hearsay

♦.Justice Jamal’s dissenting note states; this case is a continuation of the decision of March 1; Since day one, I have been saying that the court should resolve the issue of the order of the court. The order of the court has not been issued so far; will be available for full court wherever needed 

.♦ Justice Afridi's detailed note states matter of elections is pending in Lahore and Peshawar High Courts; Supreme Court has declared in the past that if the matter is in the High Court, it cannot interfere; In the election case, the parties have been changing their political positions; Court should avoid interfering in political issues 

♦ Attempt to implement the minority decision will create a crisis, says Nazir Tarar; The decision of 4 judges out of 9 member bench proved that the petition was dismissed; Wants the matter to appear before the full court bench; All bar councils too requested that a full court over the matter.

♦CJ should not drag the state towards anarchy; Rana Sanaullah; The 9-member bench was reduced to 3 members, A sad thing is written in the dissenting note of Justice Jamal; If the 3-member bench decides, who will believe it, questions info minister; a crazy man wants riots not election
