Section 144 imposed in Islamabad

In view of the arrival of former prime minister and PTI Chairman Imran Khan in Islamabad in connection with the hearing of his case on Wednesday, the administration imposed section 144 to prevent the assembly of four or more persons, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. Spokesman for the police said no political activity was allowed inside the Red Zone, and that the law would take its course in the event of assemblage of four or more persons. 

He, however, said all routes in the federal capital were open for traffic.
