China to cut tariffs on advanced tech, open 'new channels' for foreign trade: work report

China has said it will cut tariffs on advanced technology and open "new channels" for foreign trade, according to a copy of a government work report seen by AFP on Tuesday.
"We will work to expand our globally-oriented network of high standard free trade zones and help local governments and enterprises to open new channels for foreign trade by making better use of all free trade agreements," the work report says.
