South Korea beat Pakistan 6-2 in final match

South Korea defeated Pakistan 6-2 in the fourth and final match of the series, but the Green Shirts secured the series 3-1 after winning the opening three fixtures, 24NewsHD TV reported on Friday. 

The Pakistan hockey management fielded several Under-21 players in the last fixture as part of its long-term development strategy, giving young talent valuable international exposure and experience ahead of future competitions.

The hosts made an aggressive start, scoring two goals in the first quarter to take early control of the match. 

South Korea extended their dominance in the third quarter with three more goals before adding another in the fourth quarter to seal a convincing 6-2 victory.

Pakistan managed to score once in the second quarter and added another goal in the third, but the hosts were unable to recover from South Korea's commanding lead.

Despite the defeat in the final match, Pakistan emerged victorious in the four-match series with an overall 3-1 triumph.
