Air ambulance shifts injured police officer to Karachi on IGP order

What could be termed a welcome development, for the first time in the history of Sindh Police an air ambulance was arranged on the order of provincial IGP Ghulam Nabi Memon for a sub-inspector who was seriously injured in an encounter with lawless elements in interior Sindh, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
Sub-Inspector (SI) Nabi Bux, who was seriously wounded in an exchange of fire with bandits in Kashmore district of the province, was airlifted from Rahim Yar Khan in Punjab and shifted to Karachi.
Police officials say that the condition of SI Bux is now out of danger.
