The price of construction material has gone up dashing common person’s dream of building his house, 24NewsHD TV channel reported Monday.

Cement price hiked by Rs100, gravel by Rs 30 per foot, and sand trolley by Rs2,500.

The small trolley of sand has been increased from Rs2,500 to Rs6,000. Similarly, the price of gravel has gone up by Rs30 to Rs115 per foot. 

People have been making a litany of complaints while the persons dealing in construction material claimed the surge is a result of the increase in the prices of petroleum products, electricity, and gas.
