First day revenue of “The Legend of Maula Jatt” to go to flood victims

Ammara Hikmat the producer of the Pakistani upcoming film “The Legend of Maula Jatt” announced that the total amount released on the first day at the box office will be donated to the flood victims.

The Bilal Lashari and Ammara Hikmat most awaited movie is releasing on October 13 featuring Fawad Khan, Mahira Khan, Hamza Ali Abbasi, Humaima Malik, Mirza Gohar Rasheed, Faris Shafi and Ali Azmat in the main leading roles.

The producer of Maula Jatt shared that it would be our little contribution to the flood affectees. "We had decided to share our preview shows earnings with the flood relief fund, said Hikmat.

"We had been planning the release for months but with the ongoing situation of the country, we delayed our promotions as well. It just didn't feel right. We pushed all interviews to the last 2 weeks of release and will leave the rest for the audience to decide.”

The cast of the film has been actively promoting the film but the fans questioned that Mahira Khan was missing on which Ammara Hikmat stated that "Don’t worry you will see the entire cast together this week. Especially Mahira Khan and Fawad Khan."
