A new video that emerged on social media has falsified the claim made by Soumia Asim, wife of a civil judge who is accused of unleashing a brutal kind of torture on her 14-year-old housemaid Rizwana, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The 24NewsHD has got a video in which it could be seen that accused Soumia Asim is going to drop Rizwana at a bus stop. The teen can be seen getting off the car and her mother rushing forward to help her daughter who does not look stable and is limping.

Yesterday, during the case hearing in Islamabad district court, accused Soumia’s lawyer told the judge about a video in which, according to him, it could be seen that Rizwana was hale and hearty at the time of her departure from her employers’ house. But the complainant’s lawyer claimed that the video presented by the judge’s wife was fake.

The judge then rejected the bail application of accused Soumia Asim and police arrested her from outside the courtroom.

The accused will be produced in the magistrate’s court today.
