Dengue cases on the decline across country

Dengue fever cases are on the decline in Punjab and only 25 new cases were reported in the last 24 hours, however, the virus also claimed the life of one person in metropolis Lahore, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The tally of infected people in the province reached 25,822. Punjab Anti-dengue squads continued their raids and routine checking and discarded 231 larva from indoor and outdoor places across the province including 144 areas from Lahore.

The Health Secretary said that 358 infected people are being admitted in hospitals across the province.

In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), seven news cases reported in the last 24 hours taking the infected people tally in KP to 10,539.
