All Lahore schools ordered to close at 11:00 am
HED also shuts down all universitites and colleges

The District Education Authority in Lahore has ordered to close down all the schools across the city at 11:00 am, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The Education Authority Lahore on Friday issued the order to all the school heads.
School heads should call parents and inform them now, the Education Authority further said.
Parents should pick up their children from schools at 11:00 am, the Education Authority said.
Meanwhile, the Higher Education Department also ordered immediate shutdown of Lahore’s all universities and colleges.
The HED has ordered administrations of all higher educational institutions to suspend classes and close the premises within 15 minutes.
