“We won the election even after the defeat in Daska. Actually, those were defeated who wrongly guessed about PTI’s votebank in the constituency. PTI candidate Asjad Malhi gained such a huge amount of votes. It is evidence that Imran Khan’s narrative is still popular,” Sheikh Rasheed justified the defeat of PTI in Daska NA-75 by=election result. 

He said Prime Minister Imran Khan is trying to get rid of the looters.

Sheikh Rashid was speaking at a news conference in Karachi after visiting Jinnah International Airport on Sunday. 

Answering a question, Sheikh Rashid said, “There may have been misunderstandings but we will talk to the Sindh government and Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah on election reforms and how to contain the corruption in the country.” 

The minister said the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) ​​works under him but let Shehzad Akbar do whatever he was doing.

The interior minister said his relationship with the MQM is very good.
