You matter! Saba Qamar for letting go of emotional pain and trauma

Pakistani superstar Saba Qamar has lately addressed individuals suffering from heartbreak, emotional pain, or childhood trauma and urged them to ‘let it all out’ whether by writing, talking, crying, or any way. Taking to her Instagram handle, the actress wrote an emotional message emphasizing how emotional bundles affect overall health.

“To anyone carrying emotional pain, heartbreak, or childhood trauma, please know this: it does affect your body as much as your mind. Stress, grief, and suppressed emotions don't just disappear. They live in you, silently weighing down your health, your spirit, and your energy,” she wrote.

“If you're holding something heavy in your heart, give yourself permission to let it go. Talk about it. Write it out. Cry if you need to. Just don't bottle it up. You don't deserve to suffer in silence,” she added.

“Your mental and physical health are deeply connected and both are precious. Love yourself enough to take care of both. Because in the end, only you can truly save yourself. Not everyone will understand your pain, but that doesn't mean it's not real,” the actress added.

“This is my message for those who need it-born from my own experiences. I don't want you to reach the breaking point I've felt. Heal while you can. You matter. SQ,” Saba stated.

Saba Qamar has suffered a heart-related health complication, which landed her in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Quaid-e-Azam International Hospital in Rawalpindi.

As per the information, the actress was filming a project when suddenly she suffered heart-related discomfort, which prompted her immediate hospitalization.

Reports claimed that doctors carried out several medical procedures to stabilize her condition, including an angiography, a method used to detect vessel blockages by injecting dye into the bloodstream.

The doctors said that her condition was “critical upon arrival”, and a delay in medical help could make “ the situation life-threatening.”

Fortunately, her condition is stable and continues to improve.
