Actor Feroze Khan Wednesday visited Karachi family court along with his lawyers following the legal battle between him and his ex-wife Aliza Sultan in a case related to children custody, 24NewsHD TV Channel. The Karachi family court adjourned the next hearing of the case till February 4.

The hearing on the verification of documents related to the torture of Aliza Sultan that had been submitted to the court earlier will also be held on February 4.

The medical certificate of both children has been presented in court by Aliza’s lawyer.

Aliza Sultan’s lawyer barrister Qaim Shah said, “If Feroze wants, he can meet his children at home instead to meet in court.”

“On the day of the court meeting Feroze can take son Sultan from home in the morning”, the lawyer said.

Alizeh's lawyer said Feroze did not look serious in meeting children.

“Earlier we offered that to Feroze Khan but it seems like he was not serious about meeting his kids,” the lawyer said.
