Nehal thanks Nawaz Sharif, Zardari; Tessori says sacked for supporting Gull plaza’s victims 

Newly-designated Governor Sindh Nehal Hashmi has thanked Prime Minister Shehbaz Nawaz, PML-N Quaid Nawaz Sharif and President Zardari for giving him key post of Governor Sindh, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel. 

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has sent a summary to President Asif Ali Zardari for approval to appoint Nihal Hashmi as Governor Sindh on Thursday morning.

Talking to media after reaching Karachi from Islamabad after meeting PM Shehbaz Sharif, Nehal Hashmi said that it was a blessing of God Almighty. Nehal pledged that he will continue to work for the betterment of the people of the province. 

Earlier, Outgoing Governor Sindh Karam Tessori has lauded the support of traders, businesses and political leadership of various parties for giving him complete support during his term as Governor, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel. 

Addressing last iftar ceremony at Governor House Karachi, Tessori said that he was not a deaf and dumb governor and had decided his life for pubic service. He hoped that public service will continue from Governor House even after his departer. 

Tessori also congratulated newly-nominated Governor Nehal Hashmi. Outgoing Governor said that people of Krachi as well as entire province had given him great respect which will be remembers forever. 

He also lauded religious leaders and traders for reposing confidence on him. Kamran Tessori said that if he was being punished and removed for raising voice on Gull plaza fire or a press conference, then he will continue to raise voice for such events in future.
