An Inter-Provincial Education Ministers Conference is being held on Monday (today) that will decide about reopening or further closure of educational institutions, reported 24NewHD TV channel.

The education ministers’ conference will take the decision after considering the overall situation in coronavirus. Also, the conference will discuss the promotion policy of teachers and additional marks for intermediate and matriculation students.

Federal Education Minister Shafqat Mahmood will preside at the session attended by educational ministers from Sindh, Punjab, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit Baltistan, and Kashmir. All provincial ministers will attend the meeting online. Shafqat Mehmood will announce the decisions taken by the meeting in a press conference at 2 pm.
