Police officials said the shooters, Majid and Kashif, had disclosed that they had agreed to take the life of the MPA in exchange for Ice Drugs; that they had been evicted from their homes by their parents a long time ago, and that planning for the attack was done at Muhsin’s outhouse, who was the partner of Mian Vicky, a bookie.

They had further told the interrogators that they carried out the attack on the orders of Vicky.

Bilal Yasin had got injured on December 31, 2021 when two unknown motorcyclists opened fire at him in Lahore.

Bilal was immediately shifted to Mayo Hospital for treatment.

According to eyewitnesses, the PML-MPA received bullets in the leg and abdomen.
