Yoga exercise secret of Maulana Tariq Jameel’s fitness

Famous religious scholar Maulana Tariq Jameel has said that there is no shortcut to transferring society into a better one except to follow the footsteps of Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) and act upon the teaching of the Holy Quran.

In a conversation with 24News HD host Wajahat Khan, the maulana said that the human training was a difficult task. He said we need to make collective efforts to transform society into a better one.

To a question regarding the MTJ Foundation, Tariq Jameel said that he wanted to serve his indigenous area as well as the whole country by establishing free schools and hospitals.

He said he wanted his foundation not to depend on him because if some institution depended on a single person, it collapsed with the departure of that person. He said he wanted to establish a team so his foundation could be run smoothly after him.

The maulana also revealed the secret of his fitness as he worked out regularly in the gym. He said he did yoga and exercise on alternative days to keep fit. He said he had been into fitness and exercise since his college days.
