Pandemonium at PTI’s overseas convention
There was a complete chaos on the first day of five-day overseas convention of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) in Islamabad on Monday when the party workers quarreled with each other after some of them were not invited onto the stage, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Seeing things getting out of control, Senator Faisal Javed had to intervene to separate the workers from each other.
The convention was attended, among others, by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister Mehmood Khan, Punjab Governor Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar, Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhry, Federal Minister for Planning, Development and Reforms Asad Umar, Federal Minister for Education Shafqat Mehmood, Federal Minister for Aviation Ghulam Sarwar Khan and others.
