Bahawalpur DC suspends three PERA officials

Deputy Commissioner Bahawalpur Syed Ahsan Raza suspended three officials of the Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA) for using authority beyond their means, 24NewsHD TV reported on Monday.
According to details, the three suspended employees used illegal authority against a fish vendor.
An inquiry committee, which was constituted under the supervision of the additional deputy commissioner of revenue, submitted its report.
The suspended officials include Zeeshan Shoukat, Mohammad Ejaz, and Salman Azam.
The report also recommended the suspension of the accused officials with immediate effect.
