LHC gives police time till July 18 for recovery of kidnapped citizen 

The Lahore High Court gave the police time till July 18 to recover the kidnapped citizens in the hearing of the case regarding the non-recovery of a citizen, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
The court directed IG Punjab to ensure the recovery of the kidnapped citizen. Justice Farooq Haider heard the petition of the citizen Usman Ali.
CPO Gujranwala and other police officers appeared along with Assistant Advocate General Muhammad Idrees Bhatti.
In this case, police submitted a progress report regarding the case.
Justice Farooq Haider inquired about the situation for the recovery of the kidnapped person.
All three orders of the court have been implemented, Assistant Advocate General Muhammad Idrees Bhatti replied.
Steps should be taken to ensure the recovery of the abductee by the next hearing, Justice Farooq Haider ordered.
The court adjourned further hearing of the case till July 18.
The petitioner has approached the High Court for the recovery of his brother, Ali Hassan.
In this case, IG Punjab Dr Usman Anwar has also appeared in the previous hearing.
