JI chief says PM's petrol relief package is an eye wash

Jamat-e-Islami Emir Hafiz Naeeem-ur-Rehman has said that JI will continue to raise voices for the right of the people and will not back out of long march until petroleum levy is abolished, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel. 

Talking to beat reporters in Lahore, Hafiz Naeem discusses JI preparations about September 20 long march.

He said no decision has been made yet on which city Jamaat-e-Islami will start its long march.

Hafiz Naeem said today's meeting of Jamaat-e-Islami regarding the long march will be very important. JI chief said Prime Minister's petrol relief package is yet another stunt.

He said the decision to hold a sit-in will be reviewed if the petroleum levy is reduced. Naeem-ur-Rehman said JI was in favor of creating provinces, but the necessary infrastructure must be taken into account.
