The Pakistan Metrological Department has forecast dry weather for most parts of the country in the next 24 hours.
Light and moderate rain fell intermittently in the upper parts including Islamabad, KP and GB and the same weather is expected for the next 24 hours, the Met Office said on Sunday.
It added that hilly areas experienced sporadic snowfall and the spell will continue. However, the weather is likely to be dry for most parts of the country.
Reportedly, tourists got stuck after snowfall at the Babusar Top. According to the police, rescuers reached the site and started rescue and relief operations in the affected area.
Pakistan witnessed the first snowfall in Battagram and Mansehra and Nathiagali. In Naran, more than two inches of snow resulted in blocking the KP-GB link road.
