AC orders NAB to provide bank accounts details of Nawaz Sharif’s PS Fawad

Judge Aziz Ullah of the Accountability Court No 6 Monday heard the case against former PM Nawaz Sharif's principal secretary Fawad Hassan Fawad and directed the NAB to provide his bank accounts details.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the accountability court sought records of bank accounts of Fawad and Waqar Hassan from the NAB at the request of the accused.
Former bureaucrat Fawad Hassan Fawad and Waqar Hassan along with other co-accused appeared in the accountability court on Monday.
Fawad’s lawyer Amjad Pervaiz argued that the NAB was not presenting the record of the bank accounts cited in the reference against his assets.
Giving arguments, Amjad Pervez Advocate said that bank records should be sought from NAB, on which, the judge sought records from the NAB and adjourned further hearing till December 13.
Fawad Hassan Fawad is accused of making assets of Rs4.56 billion illegally. Fawad had already given an explanation of Rs3.47 billion to the NAB.
