Raiwind minor’s murder mystery ‘solved’

Police investigators on Tuesday claimed to have solved a minor boy’s murder mystery in a Raiwind area of the Punjab capital, Lahore, on August 4.
According to capital police investigation wing spokesperson Imran, the accused were identified as uncle and aunt of the tot.
As per the confessional statement, Fozia “wanted to get her two-year-old nephew adopted by her brother but the family had a great affection for the tot that made her commit the crime with the connivance of her brother-in-law Ahmad Ali”.
They threw the body in a plot after murdering the minor as the family was busy enjoying a wedding ceremony on August 4, according to their statement. The duo allegedly had an affair.
The top capital cop praised the investigators and announced commendatory certificates for the squad.
