JUI-P extends support to PTI s long march

Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Pakistan (JUI-P) led by Maulana Muhammad Khan Sherani on Wednesday announced its full support to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) “Real Freedom Movement” and its long march on Islamabad, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
A high-level delegation of PTI led by former Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser met with the leaders of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Pakistan. PTI Khyber Pakhtunkhwa President Pervez Khattak, and other prominent leaders Ali Mohammad Khan and Dr Iftikhar Durrani were also present in the meeting.
Discussions were also held on various dimensions of bilateral cooperation between the two parties. The two sides also agreed that both political parties would work together in the future, according to a statement issued by the PTI. They have reviewed the progress on the establishment and movement of provincial committees.
JUI-P leaders Maulana Shuja Mulak and former senator Maulana Gul Naseeb Khan and others were hailed by the PTI leadership for their unconditional support.
Moreover, PTI have announced to mobilize their organizational units from across the country to participate in the long march.
Earlier, Imran Khan, PTI Chairman, eventually announced the date of anticipated long march during a press conference in Lahore. Former prime minister announce that long march will begin from Liberty Chowk, Lahore, on Friday, October 28.
